*Job Description:*
- Enter production data, sales data, inventory records, and other manufacturing-related information into the company database with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical records of production activities, materials usage, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate data entry to support manufacturing processes.
- Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Assist in identifying data discrepancies and work with the team to resolve any issues promptly.
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, inventory control, and quality assurance, to ensure data alignment and consistency.
