Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed, Processed, and updated in the system
- Assist in hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Respond to employees queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 – 3Years of Experience in HR
- HR Diploma is Preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a preferred.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting,
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge with ERP Systems.
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
- Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High level of commitment with the ability to work under pressure.
