Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet customer demands and optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless coordination and execution of supply chain activities.
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to develop accurate supply plans.
Monitor and track inventory levels, identifying and addressing any potential issues or shortages.
Optimize inventory management practices to minimize costs while ensuring adequate stock levels.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Continuously improve supply chain processes and systems to enhance overall performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Specialist or similar role, with a focus on supply chain optimization.
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, techniques, and systems.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience with ERP Systems, preferably Odoo.
