Job Purpose;
To receive and handle incoming calls to the Call Center
Key Accountabilities;
- Handle calls within the service standards set.
- Respond to customers in courteous manner.
- Effectively comply to all scripts provided to handle all products
- Initial investigation of the cases to provide immediate customer response.
- And any other assigned tasks.
