Job Purpose;


To receive and handle incoming calls to the Call Center


Key Accountabilities;


  • Handle calls within the service standards set.
  • Respond to customers in courteous manner.
  • Effectively comply to all scripts provided to handle all products
  • Initial investigation of the cases to provide immediate customer response.
  • And any other assigned tasks.


Academic and professional qualifications


Bachelors degree

Experience and other requirements


Basic Qualifications:

Customer service orientation and attitude

Excellent communication skills

positive attitude


Minimum Experience:

0-2 Years of experience.
