Developing and executing strategies to drive sales of insurance products through a designated number of bank branches and/or retail branches in specific regions.
Accountable for motivating, training, and developing branch staff to achieve set monthly sales targets and bank fee goals.
key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of insurance products through assigned bank branches.
- Motivate and coach branch staff on effectively selling insurance products to bank customers.
- Conduct training sessions for branch staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Partner with branch managers to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
- Monitor and track sales performance against set targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance metrics for the Head of Insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and bank management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for selling insurance products.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
Demonstrated experience financial services
Experience in selling insurance products (preferred)
