Accountable for
Oversee the planning in coordination with business, support and control functions through the recruitment head
Assist the recruitment head and ensure high quality integration and orientation process for new recruits
Work in close co-operation with HO functional HR’s in implementing HR recruitment campaigns
Maintain a healthy business relationship with local and regional recruitment agencies
Build own database of potential candidates for contingent recruitment requests
Job Requirements
Education:
University degree in business from a recognized university, preferably with specialization in HR
Experience: 3 years in HR with a leading
Bank or multinational company
