Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and the Market Merchandising framework.
Ensure integration of ratio management in all merchandising activities.
Implement and drive automatic stock replenishment for increasing the full price sales.
Action relevant and in depth analysis to support buying commitment decisions.
Provide fact-based product input and feedback for internal/external stakeholders.
Assist seniors with building range plans and provide the historical analysis to effectively build the range/assortment plan.
Submit reports on retail activity to support fact based decision making.
Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis.
Influence the store range to meet consumer-specific product concepts that meet KPI targets.
Execute end of season management plan.
Analyze and execute the promotional activities for the department from reliable data.
Action the optimal flow of merchandise including fulfilment of product/marketing introduction deadlines.
Execute collaborative decisions agreed with seniors.

Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.).
Level of forecast accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills.
Understanding of retail management system and back office system.
Structured, process oriented at the same time approachable and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to deal with both internal & external partners at all levels.
Good planning & forecasting skills.
Ability to make efficiency proposals for improving the processes of the delivery of equipment to stores and purchase of equipment and materials.




Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree or equivalent in Marketing / Business/ Sales focus/ Economics.
A minimum of 3 year of merchandising experience or similar capacity.
