KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use Secondary Sales Data to generate baseline with Capgemini
Lead and help CD team build a realistic forecast in line with the historical data and future trends
Improve forecast accuracy & forecast bias and maintain their loss trees
Lead & ensure full implementation of S&OP process
Review the aggregate short-term volume forecast and highlight gaps, risks and opportunities
Generate Unconstrained Shipment plan for Supply Capability Review




Supply Planning
Communicate the consolidated demand plan to the respective sourcing units both local & foreign
Act as the single point of contact and streamline all communications with the respective sourcing units
Manage Inbound shipments from the point of placing order till delivery at our warehouse
Facilitate trade-offs where possible to achieve monthly financial targets
Provide a proper outlook of the confirmed supply plan to the business for the cash up




Customer Service
Generate Primary shipment plan for month Zero in light of confirmed Suply
Ensure full range availability at the right time with the right quantities to meet agreed shipment plan
Ensure the highest service levels and maintain DR/CCFOT losses




Innovations Planning
Lead SC part in all UFS innovations including:
Helping CD & Marketing with business case & volumes assumptions
Managing liquidations and Phase-in/Phase out
Sealing launch dates and ensuring landing innovations on time in full




Required Experiences
Bachelors degree in Engineering
2-5 years of experience in any of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service or general Supply Chain
Strong understanding of S&OP cycle
SAP or any ERP system knowledge is preferrable
