Assign and distribute project tasks to talent pools through dedicated software.
Track, maintain and organize assignments to update tracking sheets daily.
Communicate with clients and answer their inquiries when needed.
Assist in organizing information and updating databases.
Take part in day-to-day operations management.
Act as the go-to person in case any operational inquires arise, or operational incidents occur requiring immediate action/response.
Communicate concerns, gaps, suggestions, improvements and long-term plans to Head of Operations.
Organize with growth and partnership teams to ensure agreed workload meets the promised deadlines to clients.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business
+2 years of relevant work experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in English and Arabic languages, able to write and speak both languages at a professional level.
Thrives in a lean and agile environment, with a willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
