Coordinate with the Area / Product Sales Manager in preparing the commercial approach (sales talk, multiple-selling tactics, etc.).
Monitor accounts performance in terms of growth, profitability, saturation, and collection track record.
Provide localized support to other sales representatives as required.
Prepare required reports on individual sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure proper self-time-management, including spending sufficient time in the market (more than 90%).
Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio, and stay up to date on technical developments in commercial vehicles and on competition.
Identify and develop relations with new customers.
Proactively attempts to retain / regain attractive customer accounts.
Ensure efficient relationship management with customers during and after commercial development: visiting customers, customizing solutions, providing technical support, etc.
Nurture the company relations with customers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility.
Remain up-to-date on customers plans and projects, and develop the customer account through multiple-selling (deep pocket approach).
Ensure that product orders are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provide order status updates to customers.
Participate actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers.
