Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across DAN to
meet client service needs
Uses and evaluates Cascading Style Sheets and other research tools to provide insights
and supports on ideation as needed
Reviews evaluation reports
Responds to ad hoc queries
Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on
time/budget
Supports Account Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration
Connects with Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager level inside client to support
delivery of communication and service
Organises and presents new client induction to Dentsu Aegis and brand
Coordinates and schedules meetings
Updates plans with feedback from clients
Update and distribute weekly reports
Monitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate
Carries out Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Pulls data for auditors
Researches new market trends to incorporate into planning
Manages administration of purchase orders
May manage Graduate
Manages smooth financial processes
