Job Description
Management of all transactional services vendor relationships (eg, payroll, immigration, employee insurances.)
Support restructuring activities, in an accurate and timely fashion, to ensure no employee harm.
Recommend and implement improvement actions (both process and cost savings) for all transactional services.
Drive employee engagement through the provision of a value adding HR support service to the business.
Responsible to provide support to Nokia employees and managers in HR tools and processes related questions.
Organizing and delivering relevant trainings for managers and employees.
Provide administrative project support Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management.
Voice service & e-mail support covering all operational, transactional HR issues
Implementation of global and local rollouts for relevant expertise area
HRC related process review and development within the countries supported
Driving & leading projects within HR Connection East Asia
Leads audit activities in HR Site countries / non site support the local country HR manager
Focus on answering emails via HR Connection mail box platform
Answering queries via HR connection Voice service calls
Maintenance of internal country specific time management tools
