YOUR ROLE
Support and facilitate Regional Supply Chain and Planning & Logistics managers with various administration activities
Handle managers travel arrangements
Organize managers calendars
Track expenses and document all changes
Support in PowerPoint presentations
Handle flight bookings and hotel accommodations
Collect reports (monthly & quarterly) from the countries in the region, consolidate them, and send them to the right channel
Take minutes of meetings when necessary
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
Fluency in English is a must
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
