Key responsibilities
· Responsible for Events Planning (PIP)
· Implementing event plans and concepts.
· Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
· Dealing with the vendors to implement each item related to each event
· Handling logistics.
· Managing branding, print materials, items needed and communication.
· Obtaining permits if needed
· Identify requirements and expectations for each event.
· Liaise with vendors and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
· Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes.
· Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
· Conduct final inspections for each event to ensure everything adheres well.
· Assess an events overall success and submit findings.
· Maintain event budgets.
· Handling budgeting and invoicing.
· Developing event feedback surveys.
· Handling post-event reports and coverage.
