Whatsapp handling for VIPs

Generating new ideas to satisfy the VIPs
Moderation Operation
Monitor live broadcasts,
Handel users reports,
Update the filter words,
Track total lives,
Discover and report talents,
track admin portal bugs,
add daily feedback
CRM Operation
Handle users inquiries through email,
report users technical issues,
responsible for outbound emails,
collect users suggestion and feedback,
handling users enquiries on Facebook, App Store and whats app
CIA Operation
Fighting dark forces,
checking messages on daily bases,
eliminate the bad users,
update sensitive words list,
follow up suspected users.
Requirements:
At least 1 year related working experience;
Involved in live streaming product will be a plus;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Fluent in English;
Result driven, self motivated
