JOB PURPOSE


Responsible for preparing monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends. To work within the finance team supporting accurate and timely processing of financial


transactions and processes, and internal/external reporting requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Description


Performance Indicators


Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timelines of all financial records, ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed.
Delivery of the monthly close process, analyzing transactions and preparing required journals.
Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, expenses recording, etc.
Driving continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibility.
Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare finance reports required for team meetings or as requested by management and customers.
Being fully aware of and actively complying with Alfuttaim policies and procedures relevant to your own responsibilities and to corporate policies and procedures
Performing any other reasonable duties as directed by line management

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:


Minimum Qualifications And Knowledge


Commerce Graduate
Experience in MS Office
Experience in SAP




Minimum Experience


3 years experience in a similar role.
