Job Responsibilities:


1. Service operation data collection and analysis, follow up with related department for KPI improvement


2. Service solution/marketing/campaign preparation and execution


3. Service operation audit and risk control


4. Service material procurement and stock management


5. Support finance for service payment/settlement handling


6. Follow up service preparation of new product


7. Self-service platform maintenance


8. Other supportive work of service operation




Job Requirements:


1.Bachelor degree is a must


2.English language is a must and Chinese languange is preferrable


3.Service maintenance centers, smartphone service or similar service industry.


4.2-3 years experience
