Managing the activities of a specific authorized agent/s to achieve sales, base growth & revenue targets and increase Orange Market share
Manage and handle with care all of his/her customers complaints in addition to pre and after-sales services, to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Act as focal point between the partner and all Orange departments
Requirements: - Bachelor degree of any relevant discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience preferably in Sales.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good Communication skills.
Working Conditions: - Net salary+ Commission, Sales KPIs.
- 7 Working Hours/ 2 Rotation shifts (10 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 11 PM).
- 6 days off per month
- Work Location: (Cairo).
