Manage and enhance ADIB existing mutual funds , this includes but not limited to providing insights , alerts and advice / recommendations to stakeholders ( Fund managers , fund admin , fund supervisory committee , fund sharia committee)
Preparation of funds prospectus and related documentation.
Liaising with compliance to submit to regulatory authorities as appropriate
Liaising with the back office for mapping the process flows and ensuring continuities of business.
Liaising with product marketing to ensure a smooth product delivery to market.
Liaises with change, Operations & Technology teams for development of processes, infrastructure and IT capability
Liaises with Finance Planning & Analytics for developing and maintaining the detailed product profitability reports
Implements governance, risk, compliance and control in line with ADIB group policies.
To Prepare initial concept papers , business plans to propose investment solutions
Sourcing and selection includes but is not limited to RFP processes as appropriate, vendor selection, fees and key terms negotiations and finalization of cooperation agreements as appropriate.
Ensuring the delivery of new investment products and solutions in a timely manner
Monitoring , analysis and management /maintenance of investment product process
Day to day project management , working closely with internal and external counterparties (e.g. operations, legal , compliance , IT , and third party service providers)
Provide a full analysis regarding the fund performance and comparison among all related funds
Implement and test all needed work process for all product with all direct and indirect parties for on and off balance sheet products.
Conduct all necessary approvals and involve in the process of all new products.
Provide funds supervisory committee with the required reports and provide recommendation and follow up with the committee decisions
Invite coordinate and manage the IC’s shareholder meeting.
Approve in accordance with the funds committee any work flow changes & enhancements.
Facilitate / coordinate communication between ADIB related departments & ensure full awareness of new Off Balance Sheet products.

Requirements
University/Collage degree.
Certified Portfolio manager CPM ,
Assistant Manager 4-7 years of experience in
Banking, Compliance, Finance/Investments and/or Asset management
Manager 7-10 years of experience in
Banking, Compliance, Finance/Investments and/or Asset management
