You as a Finance Specialist - Treasury will be part of Hitachi ABB Power Grids business based in Cairo, Egypt. You will be working in a team that is dedicated to creating a future where innovative digital technologies allow greater access to cleaner energy. Supporting finance organization in the country via subject matter expertise in core areas, such as cash management, maintain bank relations, FX, cash & liquidity and transactional risk management, import documentation. You will be part of the Finance Organization of Egypt reporting to finance lead and interacts with the network of internal and external financial counterparts and other finance and business departments within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
Taking care of administration activities like monthly intercompany netting payments.
Reconciling between netting statement from group and IDCs.
Separating between outstanding IDCs - import and service invoices.
Supporting in preparation of bank documentation for the settlement of netting statement and communication with the
Banks, including documents submission.
Preparing IDC statements requests from bank on monthly basis.
Assisting in managing internal inquiries from AR, AP, GA and GBS teams.
Supporting to do audit inquiries.
Preparing cash projection reports and communicate with concerned parties.
FX management including forward deals and hedging activities with banks whenever needed.
Cooperating with group and region treasury teams.
Supporting business with risk management.
Governance, controls and reporting.

Your background
A bachelor or master degree in finance.
5+ years for finance specialists, with finance and treasury operations experience.
Experience in regional or cluster delivery models. Supporting processes and tasks beyond on country of operating.
Knowledge with Lean or Agile mindset focusing on eliminating waste, over-complexity and employing efficient and target or output-oriented delivery.
Hands on experience in wider finance and controlling areas like cost controlling, business controlling, accounting & reporting, other.
Proven analytical skills and good problem solving. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic language is required.
