· Building strong and long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
· Receive vacancy details from client companies and log them into our database along with client details.
· Discuss job requirements with clients HR and Technical parties.
· Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g. Our website different social media platforms).
· Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates through referrals or social media and business networks.
· Receiving and screening CVs applications managing interviews and shortlisting the qualified candidates.
· Briefing candidates about the responsibilities salary and benefits of the job in question.
· Organizing interviews for the candidates as requested by the client.
· Informing the candidates about the results of their interviews.
· Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
· Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates training and career progression.
· Keep track and keep alive connection with candidate and client until start date / end of probation period.
Requirements
· 1-2 years of Exp.
· Exp. in IT recruitment is a must.
· Familiarity with job boards and HR software databases and management systems
