Job Responsibilities:
-Review turned in applications from direct sales force before sending to Retail Credit to ensure that all needed documents signatures are provided according to CBE regulations & bank policies.
-Discuss the applications with the Retail Credit to increase the applications success rate.
-Manage team of Sales coordinators.
-Ensure the awareness of distribution channels staff on loans & cards policies .
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines as a minimum.
- Minimum 5 years banking experience in files coordination & accuracy check (sales coordinators team leaders are preferable ).
-Excellent command of English language.
-Good communication & presentation
skills.
