About the job

Conduct Nissan sales & Service way activities handle customer complaints with the concerned departments and follow Up on their action plans to ensure corrective actions are taking place manage Nissan Call center by working as a focal point between Nissan head office and the call center.

Responsibilities:




·       Handle customer complaint management (reports analysis) with action plan execution with related functions.

·       Handle all customers claims and highly escalated complaints through all channels.

·       Manage Nissan warranty activation figures and related improvement actions.

·       Monitor and manage Nissan customer database.

·       Support CRM Systems and technical issues with network.

·       Conduct the needed reports in order to keep Nissan Egypt and global team updated with the Egypt customer satisfaction and insights situation.

·       Support action plan development with internal stakeholders to ensure future customer satisfaction and service excellence.

·       Coordinate with Nissan Call center by working as a focal point between Nissan head office and call center partner to align the team and individual goals with business goals to maximize performance.

·       Organize and updates Dealers files including following up of their activities.

·       Consolidate and generate all monthly operational and performance reports.

·       Communicate the departmental monthly reports with the concerned departments and following Up on their action plans.

·       Propose dealer-training needs based on customer voice results & root cause of weakness.

·       Support technical CRM integration and future dealer systems plan.



Qualifications & Skills:




·       B.Sc. degree in Business administration or relevant studies

·       1-3 years experience

·       Customer handling management.

·       Problem solving skills

·       Fluent English Language (verbal and written)

·       Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills
