developing the foundations of charging costs.
 
Submit necessary reports for decision-making through
 
Customer profitability analysis.
 
Sections and branches profitability analysis
 
Product profitability analysis
 
Analyzing wasted materials, time, or expensesز
 
determining the causes of waste, and proposing appropriate solutions.
 
Determining profitable and unprofitable activities
 
Provide information on actual cost in order to compare it with estimated cost and assist management in correcting pricing policies.
 
Prepare comparisons of actual costs and estimated costs and report differences to management.
 
Providing the management with the cost information needed to make decisions, such as concluding contracts, canceling some production lines.
 
Help in making financial statements
