Accountant/Bookkeeper is responsible for managing most of the day-to-day accounting tasks for making month-end entries journal entries, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
Daily Responsibilities:
· General Ledger accounting, including the period-end accounting close process
· Reconciliations – Cash
Bank accounts Credit cards Loans..etc
· Processing of Journal Entries
· Asset Depreciation
· Preparation of Financial Statements
· Collaborate with and assist fellow staff
· Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
· NSS Tax on Salaries VAT Declaration.
· Payroll
Experience & Skills:
· Fluent in both English and Arabic
· 2 years experience as an
Accountant/Bookkeeper
· Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Detail Oriented
· Strong work ethic honest great team player
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
