Ostool Transport a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Business Development Manager with the below job responsibilities and qualifications
Responsibilities
Handle all
Banks Creditors requirements on timely manner either when opening a new facility or renew an existing one and follow up on issued corporate guarantees and retain them once they expire
Prepare and monitor day to day updated cash forecast and handle supplier s payments
Prepare ongoing 3 months ahead cash planning
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation to all of the company bank accounts
Tackle the cost of finance and negotiate preferred interest rates with different banks Factoring companies to provide alternatives of minimizing the company cost of finance without the slightest effect on company operations
Issue needed LC s IDCs and LG s for the company foreign vendors and coordinate the submission of the importation set of documents
Issue and update all reports of Loans Leasin OD due to sister company Factoring LCs IDC s LG s
Open new credit limit from new banks with the better prices
Make sure all due payments for creditors are paid on time
Supervise senior AP accountant in all vendor related transactions
Handle company petty cash
Provide necessary assistance for other colleagues in the finance department If needed

Technical Skills
Awareness of all legal and documentation of banking Oracle ERP Knowledge
Language Skills
Arabic Proficient English Intermediate
Professional Experience
5 7 years of experience in the treasury function
Management Experience
3 years of experience as a supervisor
Educational Background
Bachelor degree of accounting and finance Preferred CTP Holder or under processing
