Duties and Responsibilities

Ycur main responsibilities in this role include the follawing:

Manage with traditional the Online banks Mobile and ATMs Banking projects develiopment so clients can perform their usual banking operations anytime and anywhere compared

Manage the assistant managers operations in terms ot delverables and achievements to be aligned with the long term strategy and vision.

Manage the projects completion new features services addition for increasing the customer s base.

Manage projects pertaining to channels- interaction with External partners. IT Legal Compliance Information Security etc.

Attend organization professional procedures. meetings. seminars and continuing education programs to remain current in compliance regulatory requirements and

Propose business strategies to enhance the services proposition

Research on new technology/standards for Online & Mobile services to optimize the functionality

Manage Online & Mobile Banking Projects and creation of business requirements documents

Prepare identihed periodic as priorities reports for for the management bank highlighting the progress of strategik initiatives to update the management on the status of initistives

Ensure the implementation of the designed raad map for the Online & Mobile Banking
