Job Qualifications Requirements
Bachelor s degree in accounting as well as proven management experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in project accounting reportin
knowledge of the construction industry highly preferred
Knowledge and experience of corporate tax is must
Experience in Real Estate preferable
Strong understanding of accounting finance and management principles
Reconcile customer accounts on real time basis
Review the outstanding balances customer checks
Monitor the day tday financial operations within the company and report to Head Office
Support month end and year end closing process in liaise with Abu Dhabi Head Office
Handling daily banking transactions deposits payments reconciliations and coordination with the banks
Manage and comply with local state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
English and Arabic reading writing
Excellent organizational skills in order to coordinate tasks with the Head Office
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result orientated
Knowledge of safety regulations is a plus
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Good understanding of legal corporate tax impacts of routine transactions
Delivers results even in tough situations resourceful inspiring has significant presence
Can work easily with diversified people politically agile skilled communicator manages interpersonal conflict well
Daily weekly fortnightly and monthly reporting to Head office
