Job Description
Conducting the job analysis to create and update clear job descriptions in order to hire, train, compensate, and evaluate the employees.
Following up the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that the performance management system provided with accurate and timely support and effective input to maximize the performance of the employees.
Reviewing and updating the policy and procedures for approval by the management in the light of changes to the labor law or company regulations.
Preparing and analyzing statistical HR reports & documents within specific time-frame as requested by management.
Participate in updating organizational charts and headcount reports.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience in the same role in industrial/ manufacturing organizations
HR certification is highly preferred
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent command of English (Written - Spoken)
Excellent computer skills
Experience in using SAP systems is a preferable
