Accountant with Microsoft Dynamics AX experience
Reporting to: Finance Manger
Responsibilities:
Capable of handling full spectrum of accounting role eg. AR, AP, & GL
Prepare payment vouchers & bank uploads
Dealing with bankers for payment related matters
Upload personal cost related entries received from HR (salaries, EOS, Bonus, GOSI, ticket etc.)
Calculation of GOSI/EOS as per local labor laws
Prepare GL wise analysis for trend tracking and personal cost analysis.
Maintain up to date record of employee advance
Handling petty cash with Finance department
Review employees professional expenses on ERP and process their payment
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare periodic vendor reconciliation
Prepare monthly depreciation and standard accruals
Issue inter-company DN/CN
Adhere internal control & accounting policies of the company
Coordinating with Procurement team to close POs
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Participate in financial standards setting (Implementation of IFRS) and in forecast process
Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
Support month-end and year-end close process
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance
Min 3-5 years relevant experience in accounting particularly in FMCG/Pharma
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel (vlookup & pivot tables)
Working experience in ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX
Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
Familiarity in IFRS is advantageous.
