Handle daily payroll department operations, including collecting and verifying timekeeping, calculating monthly variables (Deductions, Overtime, bonuses ..) and updating the HR systems and databases with employee data
Responsible for payroll calculation and reconciliation with the previous period
Responsible for payment preparation and coordination with the Treasury to ensure adequate and timely funding
Responsible for accurate and timely payment for all employees salaries
Ensure accurate and timely transfers for off cycle payments
Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, social security taxes, employer social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments
Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, adherence to requirements, ( Taxes, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Labor Law)
Accurate reporting and calculation of payroll data for quarterly Salaries tax reconciliations
Responsible for employees benefits administration and communication ( Medical Insurance, Car Insurance, …. )
Respond to employees inquiries about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
Bachelor Degree in accounting or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Payroll
Familiar with relevant local law (Labor Law, Salaries Tax Law, Social Insurance Law)
