JOB PURPOSE:
Register the new Hires in the Social Insurance Authority
unregister the departure employees from the Social Insurance Authority
Submit Social Insurance Form 2 on yearly basis
Follow up the employee’s legal cases with the legal consultant
Manage the Physical and digital employees files archive
Manage the admin work to have the service from the service provider in a proper way
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors degree
Related Experience: 0- 2 years of experience in administrative job preferably in labor relation and HR service field.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Sense of confidentiality and urgency
English Language
Computer and presentation skills
Teamwork
