Working hours 8 - start 10am to 6pm weekend Friday only

Lives Near Nasr city Abas Alakkad

Main responsibilities:

• Updates and creates monthly financial reports and analytics
• Assists in month end close and related reconciliations
• Supports Associate Director with internal and external audit preparation
• Drives continuous process improvement and financial reporting precisio
•  Reviews purchase orders and accounting adjustments prepared by staff for accuracy
•  Acts as the subject matter expert for support inquiries regarding time, expenses and other ERP issues
• Collaborates with other team members for various projects and analyses
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities
• Review the Monthly payroll
• Review tax calculates according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations by required deadlines.
• Cooperates with tax advisors in order to optimize tax burdens.

What youll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Advanced PC Microsoft Office software skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Strong analytical skill and attention to detail must possess the ability to demonstrate logical thinking in order to gather and analyze a variety of information.
• Ability to execute against aggressive targets and operate in dynamic environments.
• Innate problem solver with proven experience in identifying process improvements and internal controls
• Ability to work with global teams and accommodate multiple time zones.
• Great written and verbal communication skills with adaptable styles.
• Agency experience is a must
