Job Description
Strategy & Planning:
- Build monthly marketing calendars and growth plans across all EZeats verticals.
- Translate high-level direction into clear campaigns with KPIs and timelines.
- Lead launches for new compounds, malls, food courts, and developer partnerships.
Content & Creative
- Own the EZeats brand identity across dine-in, delivery, loyalty, and B2B.
- Supervise designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Approve social content, reels, B2B materials, and launch campaigns.
B2C & B2B Growth - Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across all app features.
- Support sales with pitch materials, launch kits, and restaurant marketing assets.
On-Ground Activations. - Plan and supervise activations in compounds, restaurants, malls, and seasonal areas.
- Manage branding rollout (QR codes, Abo Shanab assets, stands, props).
- Track adoption KPIs and ensure successful vendor launches.
Team Leadership
- Manage a growing team with clear SLAs, Trello discipline, and ownership.
- Build SOPs for content, campaigns, approvals, and launch operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- +3 years in marketing (preferably in tech, F&B, or consumer apps)
- Experienced in both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Strong performance marketing knowledge (a plus)
- Creative thinker with structured execution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
- Fluency in English
- Able to manage and grow a team.
