Job Description
- Answer and reply the company’s international customers online through our media channels to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Generate itineraries and quotations based on customer preferences through the company’s quotation system.
- Follow up with customers and close sales.
- Meet Monthly targets. Generate Packages for Promotional Purposes for each season
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A strong sales mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, upsell when appropriate, and close deals effectively
- Ability and willingness to grow, learn, and adapt within a fast-expanding company
- Ability to work with CRM systems and quotation software (training provided)
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
