Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Agent in an English account. The role involves responding professionally to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services to ensure customer satisfaction. The agent will manage customer accounts, maintain effective communication, and work closely with internal teams to address client needs and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and managing Customer Service Representatives
- Proficiency in verbal and written Communication skills
- Knowledge of Account Management practices and client handling
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus
