Job Description

  • LiveOps Coordinator
  • Make every second count—keep trips on track and data on point.
  • Role Summary
  • You execute LiveOps with precision: tracking trips, updating statuses, logging exceptions, and communicating with captains. You follow SOPs, escalate incidents on time, and ensure clean data and timely end‑of‑shift summaries.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Track live trips and ETAs; update the platform and inform stakeholders.
  • Log exceptions accurately and escalate per SOPs/SLAs.
  • Coordinate with captains and provide clear, professional communications.
  • Reconcile basic anomalies with Ops/Data teams; support continuous improvement.
  • Submit timely end‑of‑shift summaries and daily reports.

Job Requirements

  • Experience & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years in control room/dispatch/operations coordination (mobility/logistics preferred)
  • Strong user of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
