Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate based in Al Khuwair South. The Sales Advocate will actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the role involves assisting with customer inquiries, managing sales activities, and attending training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and present product offerings to both customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer concerns and close deals.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in the retail or services industry is a plu
