Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Customer Service Support Specialist. The role involves providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls, managing interactions professionally, troubleshooting and delivering technical support, and maintaining a positive professional demeanor in all communications.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Technical Support and problem resolution
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
