Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Promote and sell IT solutions and services (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, etc.).
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Market & Sales Support

  • Maintain and update customer data and sales activities on CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT sales (experience level can be adjusted if needed).
  • Experience in selling IT products and services is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions and solution-selling concepts.
  • Target-driven mindset with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate accounts.
  • Knowledge of the local IT market is a plus.
