Compensation and Schedule

-You’ll work 9 hours a day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm (9 hrs during this period), and 4.5 hours only on Sunday, Sat is OFF

-You’ll get paid at the end of each month via bank transfer, along with commission earned. Here’s the pay breakdown:

- Base pay: $300/month for full-time work (meeting hours, dial 20 calls per hour, and credit targets)

- If credits are under 20, base pay is $200

- Commission: $10 per credit, on top of base pay
