Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to operational technical concerns in line with the approved policy and procedures.
- Manages on site facilities management operation teams in terms of training, development and performance.
- Managing the site works without delay under complete scope and providing TFM (total facilities management) services to the clients in consideration with HSEQ rules & regulations.
- Following up daily task / TAM (Turn around maintenance) as per the objectives mentioned by the organization/client.
- Track the key reason for the malfunctioning of the equipment, analyse the fact and provide the easiest rectification method.
- Identification of energy losses and sourcing opportunities within the circle for maximizing the usage of assets with low energy loss.
- Managing Capital expenditure across the designated area by maximizing repair policy and improvements on assets servicing with respect to PPM.
- To coordinate all the standard operation procedures of Technical and Safety of all Facilities and Properties managed by the Company. Moreover; coordinate services including landscaping, gas, water, septic and other maintenance services performed by third parties.
- To coordinate the maintenance of the Properties and Facilities managed by the Company during DLP and after its expiration.
- Perform any other task requested by the management in conjunction with FM responsibilities.
Qualifications & Education Level:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar position.
- A bachelor’s degree in MEP engineering
