🔍 What You’ll Own

• Investor Pipeline Management: You'll be the guardian of our investor CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and sharp reporting.
• Investor Engagement: Lead proactive outreach to current and potential investors, schedule meetings, and keep communication crisp, clear, and professional.
• Data Room Ownership: Maintain and enhance the investor data room — always up-to-date, intuitive, and presentation-ready.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with leadership, legal, finance, and marketing to gather and polish materials like pitch decks, financials, and key metrics.
• Investor Requests: Handle inquiries with clarity, speed, and precision — because every touchpoint matters.
• Fundraising Support: Bring momentum, structure, and visibility to all aspects of the fundraising cycle — from first email to final handshake.

🎓 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or startup finance.
• Proficiency in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools.
• Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal — with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfort juggling multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and confidential information.
• Bonus: Experience in tech, startups, or digital marketing environments.
