Job Description
- Monitor and update sales data on CRM systems.
- Track daily sales activities and prepare reports.
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline review meetings.
- Allocate and follow up on incoming leads.
- Upload invoices to customer portals (SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion).
- Coordinate with Finance on invoice reviews.
- Prepare monthly sales pipeline reports.
- Manage vendor registration and onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of sales contracts in coordination with the sales team, ensuring commercial accuracy and completeness, and collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure compliance with legal frameworks, contractual policies, and corporate governance requirements prior to final approval and execution.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to the sales team, monitor progress, and follow up to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations, timely approvals, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM).
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
