Job Purpose:

To lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance Toyota’s brand positioning, support sales growth, and strengthen customer engagement across all channels, while ensuring alignment with Toyota global brand standards and local market requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with Toyota Egypt’s business objectives
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new vehicle launches, facelifts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales targets

Brand Management & Communications

  • Maintain consistent application of Toyota brand identity and corporate guidelines
  • Oversee ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns across all communication channels
  • Manage creative development and ensure quality and consistency of marketing materials

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing activities including social media, paid media, website, and CRM campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and analytics
  • Support lead generation and customer journey enhancement in coordination with Sales teams

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
  • Provide actionable insights to support product positioning and campaign decisions
  • Track brand performance and campaign effectiveness

Budget & Commercial Management

  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget
  • Ensure efficient utilization of marketing spend with clear ROI measurement
  • Control costs while maintaining campaign effectiveness and quality.

Cross-Functional & Dealer Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Product, and Network teams to ensure integrated execution
  • Support dealer marketing activities and ensure consistency with national campaigns
  • Coordinate with regional and global Toyota stakeholders when required

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture


Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within automotive
  • Proven experience in brand management and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong exposure to ATL, BTL, and digital marketing execution
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
  • Demonstrated involvement in product launches and major campaigns
  • Experience working with agencies and external vendors
  • Prior experience in leading and developing teams
