Job Description
- The Clubs Instructor at Monglish International Academy is responsible for delivering engaging and interactive club sessions as part of the Mongi-Immerse methodology. This role focuses on creating a dynamic and immersive environment where students can practice and enhance their English language skills through various themed clubs, such as conversation, debate, drama, storytelling, and other interactive activities. The Clubs Instructor plays a key role in making language learning enjoyable and practical for students of all ages.
Responsibilities:
Using various teaching methods and strategies to engage students and improve their linguistic skills, fluency and pronunciation. - Align club activities with the Mongi-Immerse methodology and overall academic goals.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined environment during club sessions.
- Create a fun, supportive, and immersive environment where students can practice language in real-life contexts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English or leading extracurricular language activities for children or teens. - Ability to create and adapt engaging lesson plans and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
