Internship Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Assist in drafting HR-related communications, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the coordination of training and development sessions for staff.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying necessary documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Internship Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
