Job Description
- Source and identify potential leads through databases, tools, social platforms, and market research
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and buying readiness
- Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce company solutions
- Convert leads into Account for the sales team
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads and campaign responses
- Maintain accurate prospect records and activity logs on CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Track KPIs including number of calls, and qualified opportunities
- Provide feedback to marketing on campaign lead quality
- Support pipeline growth and contribute to revenue targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience in IT, software, hardware, or technology solutions is a plus
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable with cold calls & prospecting activities
- Familiarity with CRM systems & sales tools
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
