💼 About the Role


As an Acquisition Manager, you’ll be the first line of negotiation between our company and homeowners. You’ll contact warm leads (no cold prospecting), analyze deals using our in-house tools (ARV, MAO, CAP rate, yield), and negotiate win-win purchase agreements.

Your success will be measured by your ability to build rapport, think on your feet, and close deals fast.

This is a performance-driven sales role — perfect for someone who’s ambitious, persuasive, and loves being rewarded for results.


🎯 Key Responsibilities


· Engage and follow up with leads provided by our lead generation team

· Build instant trust and rapport with U.S. property owners

· Evaluate property values and determine maximum allowed offers (MAO) using company tools

· Negotiate pricing and terms confidently to secure contracts under management guidelines

· Guide sellers through the full contract-to-close process

· Collaborate with our Disposition and Transaction teams to ensure smooth closings

· Hit and exceed monthly KPIs and sales goals


🧩 Qualifications


· Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)

· Neutral / American-style accent is a must (AUC / IG background preferred)

· 2+ years of minimum experience in sales, negotiation, or closing roles (real estate experience is a plus)

· Strong communication and empathy skills — ability to think fast and handle objections

· High attention to detail, self-discipline, and accountability

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

· Must be able to work U.S. business hours (EST/CST time zones)


💰 Compensation & Rewards


· Base Salary: $700 USD/month (based on experience and performance)

· Commissions: $500–$2,000 USD per fully closed deal

· Monthly Incentive Bonus: $1,000 USD for exceeding KPIs

(7+ contracts closed and $75,000+ total spread per month)

· High performers earn $3,000–$6,000+ USD/month total compensation
