Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Support role based in Cairo. The selected candidate will respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues efficiently, and provide excellent customer support through phone and other communication channels. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service levels. Regular tasks will involve addressing customer concerns, delivering solutions promptly, and enhancing every interaction to improve customer experiences.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Customer Support and delivering Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • English Level B2/C1
  • Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
